Kenneth Code – Founding Partner (Realterm Global)
Mr. Code has over 20 years experience in real estate acquisition, development and finance in both the public and private sectors. He leads finance, accounting, and strategic initiatives. Ken graduated from Harvard University with a BA in economics

Robert Fordi – President and Partner
Mr. Fordi has over 20 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, development, management and dispositions, involving assets in excess of $1bn. He leads portfolio acquisitions, asset management, property management, leasing and development. Bob also serves as a managing director for Realterm Global, the parent company of North American Terminals, Aeroterm, Mariterm and Realterm India.

Michael Solimene – Executive Vice President, Capital Markets (Realterm Global)
Mr. Solimene has over 12 years of real estate experience. He co-founded the JPMorgan India Property Fund. Michael graduated from University of Vermont with a BA in political science and an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy

Gene Pentimonti – Senior Advisor, Business Development
Mr. Pentimonti has over 40 years maritime industry experience having held several senior executive positions in Maersk, APL and Pacer. Gene graduated from the US Merchant Marine Academy in New York and received a MS in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from MIT. Gene focuses on business development and assists with corporate strategy

Paul Underwood – Vice President, Asset Management
Mr. Underwood is responsible for portfolio asset management, financial analysis, internal budgeting and reporting. Paul worked previously as an auditor with Ernst & Young and as Regional Accountant for British Telecom in South East Asia.

Erin Gruver – Vice President, Development
Mr. Gruver is responsible for leading real estate development and planning initiatives.  He has more than 15 years of experience in the industrial and commercial development sectors including oversight of build-to-suits, multi-tenant projects, speculative endeavors and RFP efforts.  Mr. Gruver holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Architecture from The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C.

Jim Godey – General Counsel
Mr. Godey is responsible for all legal operations of the company, including deal structuring and due diligence, and is a licensed attorney in the states of Maryland
and Florida and licensed certified public accountant in Maryland. Jim graduated from Harvard Law School.
