Kenneth Code Founding Partner
Mr. Code has over 20 years experience in real estate acquisition, development, and finance in both the public and private sectors. He leads finance, accounting, and strategic initiatives. Ken is also a founding partner of Aeroterm, the world’s largest third-party owner of air cargo facilities with 9 million square feet of property at more than 30 airports.

Robert Fordi President and Managing Partner
Mr. Fordi has over 20 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, development, management and dispositions involving assets in excess of $1bn. He leads portfolio acquisitions, asset management, property management, leasing and development. Bob also is President and Managing Partner of NorthAmerican Terminals, and is a managing director for Realterm Global, the parent company of North American Terminals, Aeroterm, Mariterm and Realterm FCH.

Paul Underwood Vice President, Asset Investment Program
Mr. Underwood is responsible for portfolio asset management, financial analysis, internal budgeting and reporting. Paul also leads underwriting and transitioning of new acquisitions. He worked previously as an auditor with Ernst & Young and as Regional Accountant for British Telecom in South East Asia.

Mitchell Gordon Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Gordon is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with over 15 years of real estate industry experience. As CFO, he is responsible for the Company’s accounting, finance and investor relations activity. Mr. Gordon previously worked as a Senior VP of Finance and CFO for KB Home, Inc. and Kitson & Partners, respectively. Mr. Gordon is a licensed certified public accountant.

James Godey General Counsel
Mr. Godey has 20 years experience in the real estate industry, specializing in the acquisition, development, management, operations, and financing of industrial properties. Jim has worked for the largest private landowner in Florida, the St. Joe Company, where he worked on large residential, industrial, and commercial master-planned communities. |
