- Recapitalizing of existing concessions, expansions, and redevelopment of publicly owned facilities
- Long-term capitalizaiton and development of Build-Operate-Transfer concessions for new publicly owned infrastructure
- Sale-leaseback, development and capitalization of privately owned terminal properties for both new and existing facilities
